Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.
We accept all major credit cards, Visa, Master and Debit cards. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, mail or over the Internet.
When you receive our confirmation of order this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not signify that a contract exists between us. We will confirm acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.
Shipping And Handling
Free delivery on all orders over £150.00 +VAT*
The basic Carriage charge for Mainland U.K will be £5.95 * + VAT if the order is under £150.00 +VAT.
For the local area post codes NG1 to NG20 we only charge £3.95 * + VAT if the order is under £150.00 +VAT.
* If the carriage charge will be more expensive we will notify you of the cost. i.e for heavy items and delivery to Northern Scotland, Ireland and Isles etc.
Delivery Schedule
We offer a next day delivery service, as long as goods are in stock and not a special order (which can take up to three weeks)
Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
Tax Charges All orders made from the U.K or European Union are excluding vat - which is charged at 17.5% .
Credit Card Security
When the order is placed at our website, credit card numbers are encrypted using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.
Guarantee
We guarantee your satisfaction.
All of our products come with a *30 day no quibble guarantee, so long as the goods are undamaged and in
original condition. Outward & Inward carriage charges are not refundable.
*IMPORTANT Strut Mounts and Folders are an exception to our no quibble return guarantee - Please make sure you order the correct amount as they are non refundable after SEVEN DAYS due to the nature of the product.

Maple Framing Ltd Returns Policy We hope the customer is completely satisfied with the products ordered please read the following if you wish to return any item back to us.
All our products are triple checked before they are sent out for delivery to the customer.
Strut Mounts and Folders - being component parts - are the only exception to our 30 day no quibble guarantee.
If the customer has any discrepancies after signing for their order they must inform Maple Framing within 48 hours with full details for us to be able to resolve the issue.
