Arqadia BlackCore... made from chemically-treated pulp using high pH sizing and lignin-free. Buffered with calcium carbonate.*

The water-soluble extracts are minimal i.e. chloride below 0.05%, sulphate below 0.25%. For extra defence it contains a buffer of calcium carbonate to guard against contamination by air-borne acid for the life of the board.

The core is neutral... Highly-refined wood pulp, sized with an alkaline (neutral) material. Buffered with calcium carbonate.

The adhesive... Aqeous PVA with neutral pH - and is plasticiser-free

Although we sell the mountboard by the sheet we cannot send one sheet out, it must be a pack of five sheets - you can mix the colours.

IMPORTANT Transit damage to mountboard
We endeavour to pack mount board in a way that protects it during delivery to you. However, on occasions, a small amount of damage occurs to the board edges or corners. To prevent the need to replace damaged mountboard and the inconvenience it causes to you, we have reduced the price so it is equivalent to a board size that is 30mm smaller all the way around.
