Hot Press JetMounter™The Jetmounter™ range of laminates has evolved to offer a complete solution for print finishes with machines to suit all business types and sizes. Designed to be simple to operate whilst working to the highest professional standards and are compatible with a the Hot Press range of pressure sensitive adhesives and over laminating films. They can handle all types of flat artwork from photographs and paper posters to delicate plastics and vinals and are ideal for processing all kinds of oard stock from simple card or foam centre board to rigid plastic boards - perspex or even MDF and Masonite. Jetmounters have a foot switch operation - that is preferred by most of its users - as it allows you to stop and start while leaving your hands free to handle large work with ease, but it can be set to run automatically for continuous feed of boards if needed. A variety of width sizes are available with maximum operating widths from 457 x 1630mm The length of your work is only limited by your choice of board and available work space at the front and back of the machine. Small jods can be processed on larger machines with ease It is important to consider the maximum width required. The features of the Jetmounter™ range have been well thought out to offer simplicity without compromising versatility. Click tabs to show details: Safety in the workshop is vital - the Jetmounter™ has 'Magic Eye' technology that will stop the laminator if possible obstructions are detected going through the rollers. With additional stop buttons and reset procedures safe working is ensured for the operator. Though Jetmounters are designed to feed your work through from the front to the back, they incorporate a useful reverse operation switch that allows for accurate positioning of precision jobs. A great feature for new laminator users is the variable speed control - it allows you to build your confidence by using the machine at different speeds, As your confidence grows you you will move faster at faster speeds and this will increase work production saving you time and money. Jetmounters are fitted with adjustable height adjusters that will maximise its versatility - it is possiblt to set up the Jetmounter to offer the right amount of pressure uniformly across your work from the thinnest graphic to the thickest panel. The small Jetmounter™ is designed to be operated on a bench or desk top and can easily be stowed away when not in use due to its low weight. Large Laminators can be bench mounted or fitted to a custom designed stand with locking wheels. The stand can be moved around to the area you wish to work in and extra rolls of laminating films can be stored underneath. The largest Jetmounter is built on a permanent stand that offers safe and rigid support - but allows the operator access underside of the machinery for easy setup of materials. | ||
