They offer flexibility, with a raised silver or gold foil blocked border around the aperture on one side and a plain debossed border on the other. The lacquer coating on both sides of each overlay protects the board during general handling, ensuring each album remains in pristine condition.

Available in Brown, White or Black these 'paste on' leaves can be used with or without overlays with either a linen or lovers knot embossed interleaving tissue. They feature either a gold or silver gilded edge.
Featuring a subtle linen emboss finish, and compatible with both book bound and post bound portrait or landscape albums. these averlays are the same for both landscape and portrait but the following page enables you to see what the overlay will look like in either orientation.
Taped edged leaves are designed to be used with grained and varnished overlays and each leaf has self adhesive strips on both sides around the four edges to fix the overlay into place. These leaves are designed for use in our post bound album covers, although the hole configurations on the Countess leaves make them suitable for use in other manufacturers albums. These leaves feature taped edges, with 'layflat' taped hinge and are finished with metal corners.
