| Shipping And Handling Free delivery on all orders of £75.00 and over to the UK mainland (excludes Northern Ireland, the Scottish Highlands and Islands and Channel Islands). Delivery time is usually 3 to 5 working days from receipt of order, as long as goods are in stock and not a special order (which can take up to three weeks), we will notify if this the case. The basic delivery charge for the UK mainland is £5.95 inc VAT for orders under £75.00 inc VAT. Delivery time is usually 3 to 5 working days from receipt of order. Note: Orders placed placed after 16.00 hours will be processed the next working day. Working days are monday to friday. | Order Non Delivery IMPORTANT: Please inform us of non-delivery of your order using the following timescales.
