Please note: Christmas and Special Occasion Photo Folders are an exception to our 30 day no quibble guarantee - we only accept returns for replacement within 7 days of receipt. Also, all items specially manufactured to order (such as Christmas and Special Occasion Photo and Folders, and personalised items) cannot be returned for exchange or refund.
