Making A Purchase

Please note, our minimum order value is £ 10.00 including VAT but excluding delivery charge.
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on ‘Checkout’ and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.
We accept all major credit cards, including Visa, MasterCard and American Express. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Back ordered items are not charged until they are shipped. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, mail or over the Internet.
When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.

Education & Local Authority Buyers

Education, Local Authority and Government purchasers may place orders for items from the Maple online shop by email, fax or telephone, providing a valid order number is supplied at the time of ordering. For your information our details are at the top of this page.

Delivery

Click here for our Delivery Charges and Times
Please note, the delivery schedule is a guide to delivery times, not a guarantee of delivery. If you require a guaranteed delivery date we offer services at extra cost for this purpose.
Please contact us for details on 0115 9399881 (or +44 115 9399881 from outside the U.K.) for further information.

EXCEPTIONAL CIRCUSTANCES – DELIVERY DELAYS – During exceptional circumstances there maybe an increase in delivery times by a day or so. This applies to both our Premium and Standard deliveries.

Delivery Schedule

IMPORTANT:
Non-delivery
Notification of non-delivery is important so we can track back with the courier service for erroneous delivery. Please inform us of non-delivery of your order using the following timescales:
Standard delivery service – within 4 working days (ie Monday to Friday) from the date of dispatch.
Basic delivery service – within 7 working days (ie Monday to Friday) from the date of dispatch.
Notification of non-delivery after the respective period will not be accepted.

NOTE:
If no one is at home when delivery is attempted the driver may check to see if a neighbour is at home and leave the parcel with them. If you leave a signed note explaining that the order can be left in a specific location, the driver can take this away and the goods can be left where you choose, however this is done at your own risk. If this is not possible they will leave a calling card and either attempt re-delivery the following working day or ask you to collect from your local depot. Clear details of this will be on the card that will be left by your driver. If the delivery address refuses delivery of the goods or if you do not respond to the card left by the driver after two delivery attempts, your order will be returned to us and we will be charged for the return service by our courier which we must pass on to you. We will then cancel your order and refund your payment method deducting the original cost of delivery + £10 to cover the return costs.

Faulty Goods, Errors and Shortages
Faulty goods, picking errors or shortages must be notified to us within 2 working days of receipt of the goods. Notification of faulty goods, picking errors or shortages after this period will not be accepted.

Unwanted Goods
All of our products come with a 30 day no quibble guarantee – see below. Outside of this period you may return unwanted goods providing the goods are undamaged, in original condition and in our current product range. We will refund the original purchase price of the goods less a restocking fee of 30% of the purchase price. The cost of carriage back to us is at your cost and is not refundable. Products sold as “clearance” or products supplied as a special purchase or bespoke manufactured (such as foiled strut mounts or a special size of frame) are not returnable.
IMPORTANT:  When returning goods they must be returned properly packed using original packaging.

Back Orders

If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

Tax Charges

All orders made from the U.K or European Union are including VAT – which is calculated at 20%.

Credit Card Security

When the order is placed at our website, credit card numbers are encrypted using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.

Guarantee

We guarantee your satisfaction. All of our products come with a 30 day no quibble guarantee, so long as the goods are undamaged and in original condition. Outward & Inward carriage charges are not refundable.
Please note:
1. Strut Mounts and Folders are an exception to our 30 day no quibble guarantee – we only accept returns or an exchange within 7 days of receipt.
2. All items specially manufactured to order (such as Christmas and Special Occasion Photo Folders, and all personalised items) are an exception to our 30 day no quibble guarantee – we only accept returns for replacement within 7 days of receipt.
