DELIVERY GENERAL

† The Scottish Highlands and Islands are postcodes AB22 upwards, IV, HS, KA27-28, FK17 – FK21, KW, PA20-49, PA60-78, PH15-26, PH30-44, PH49-50, ZE.

# Orders received before 15.00 pm Monday – Friday are delivered to the number of working days* stated above.
Orders received after 15.00 pm Monday – Thursday are processed the next working day*.
Orders received after 15.00 pm Friday, or on Saturday or Sunday are processed Monday.
* Working days are Monday to Friday.

The delivery times stated apply as long as goods are in stock and not a special order (which can take up to three weeks), we will notify if this the case. We use a number of delivery companies to deliver our products, consequently Maple Framing shall be under no liability for any delay or failure to deliver products if the delay or failure is wholly or partly caused by circumstances beyond our control. This particularly applies to Northern Ireland and the Channel Islands.

Note, our delivery times are delivery aims and we will make every effort to ensure your order arrives on time. This is an important consideration during exceptionally busy periods (e.g. before Christmas) when there is a possibility that despatches could be delayed. We will not be liable for any compensation or consequential loss, should your parcel be delivered late, not turn up, or be incomplete.
